Shipping: Each order is thoughtfully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically arrives within 2-3 business days with standard shipping.
You will receive tracking details once your package is on its way.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided or lost/ stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you experience any of the following issues.
Preorders: Please allow 2-3 weeks (excluding holidays and weekends) for all preorders to process. If you aren’t willing to wait on a preorder please refrain from purchasing any marked preorders. Once your preorder has processed and been prepared to ship, allow an additional 2-3 business days with standard shipping.
Returns: We take pride in delivering premium-quality loungewear. Due to hygiene standards, we accept returns only if items are damaged. Items must be:

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
